Usually, the mold temperature is controlled at 100~140℃, when forming thin-walled plastic parts, a small value is desirable, and when forming thick-walled plastic parts, a large value is desirable.
3. injection pressure. PET melt has good fluidity and easy to form, usually with a medium pressure of 80~140 MPa, glass fiber reinforced PET injection pressure of 90 to 150 For the determination of injection pressure, the viscosity of the PET, the type and quantity of fillers, the position and size of the gate, the shape and size of the plastic parts, the mold temperature, the type of injection molding machine, etc.
